About me

Hi, I’m Gabriella Ratner — a Sydney-based nutritionist, married mum of three, and I specialise in food-first hormone and metabolic health for women.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the beach or in the kitchen. I love cooking everything from simple, throw-together meals to more elaborate, nourishing dinners — and that’s exactly how I approach nutrition: it should be practical enough for real life, but still feel enjoyable and abundant.

I’m drawn to this work because so many women are told their symptoms are “just part of life” — the fatigue, cravings, broken sleep, mood shifts, stubborn weight, bloating, PMS, or the feeling that your body isn’t responding the way it used to. But your body isn’t broken. It’s communicating. And once you understand the pattern, you can change it.

My approach is grounded and personalised. We start with the foundations that actually move the needle:
-
stable blood sugar and appetite signalling (so cravings don’t run the day)
-
nervous system + sleep support (so your body can recover properly)
-
digestion and motility (because gut function affects everything)
-
nutrient density and recovery (so your body has what it needs to rebuild)
-
cycle support when relevant (because hormones and metabolism are inseparable)
-

I’m not about extremes or perfection. I’m about calm consistency — real food, repeatable structure, and smart adjustments that help you feel steady and confident in your body again.
